Career Coaching

VA Career Coaching provides an individually tailored coaching program to executives throughout Europe. The VA Career Coaching has helped executives from Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK to move their careers to the next level.

We work with individuals to establish all drivers and challenges in their careers, from which we create a platform for coaching. Clients then have sessions with an experienced coach addressing every facet of their careers.

Our international group of coaches come from board level and senior management positions at companies such as ABNAMRO, Akzo Nobel, IBM, KPN, MCI, Vodafone and Unisys, and all are track leaders in their fields. We help select a coach whose background and mentoring style best meet the professional's needs before moving on to one-on-one sessions where the coach will provide insight based on their knowledge and experience - not on psychological theorising!
