Transparent Process

In week one, we perform a thorough client needs assessment.

In week two, we identify all professionals who are a potential fit for the role.

In week three, we interview this group of professionals.

In week four, we present a shortlist of 3 to 4 candidates for whom we performed a reference check and who fully match the discussed profile. In addition to the shortlist, we provide our client with a summary of the whole search process, including summaries of all interviews conducted by Verspui Associates, the criteria used in shortlist construction, and any relevant market intelligence, such as the perception of our clients organization in the market.

From week five we manage a smooth hiring process and make sure the new hire will have a great start. This stage is completed with a review of the search process with input from the client and candidate. Regular checks in the first year will be executed to make sure client and employee are content.
